Come along to our brand new class, Ballroom Fitness. From cha cha and jive to waltz and American smooth, you will learn some wonderful ballroom moves without needing a partner and get fit and fabulous at the same time.

Thursdays 9am to 10am.
Followed immediately by Pilates to finish off the session perfectly.
