Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Painters Forstal Community Association (PFCA) will be held as follows:

• Location: Painters Forstal Community Hall

• Date: Saturday 14th October 2023

• Time: 2.00pm - 4.00pm

All residents are free to attend, but only Members of PFCA will be entitled to vote at the meeting or to stand for election as a Trustee. Any requests for motions or proposal for amendments to the constitution should be sent to ben.bennet@gre.ac.uk

PFCA Trustees will report on the years activities and respond to questions. Election/re-election of Trustees by members will be conducted.

Refreshments will be available. Books on sale and a raffle/tombola.
