Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Notice is hereby given that the 6th Annual General Meeting of the Painters Forstal Community Association (PFCA) will be held as follows:

Location Painters Forstal Community Hall, Painters Forstal Road, Painters Forstal, Faversham, ME13 0EN

Date: Saturday 30th November

Time: 2pm

All residents are free to attend, but only Members of PFCA will be entitled to vote at the meeting or to stand for election as a Trustee.

The meeting will:

1. Receive the Annual Statement of Accounts

2. Receive the Trustees Annual Report

3. Elect up to six Trustees to the Board of Trustees

4. Consider any resolutions put forward by Members

5. Consider any changes to the constitution proposed by the Board of Trustees

At the time of issuing this notice the Board of Trustees had not received any resolutions for consideration at the AGM and do not propose to put forward any changes to the constitution. Six members have given notice of their wish to stand for election as a Trustee.

The Minutes of the AGM held on 14th October 2023, the Annual Statement of Accounts, the Trustees Annual Report and the details of those standing for election as a Trustee will be provided at the meeting.
