Gentle Pilates on Tuesdays is ideal for beginners, the mature exerciser or anyone living with chronic low back pain. This effective exercise system focuses on enhancing body alignment and improving general movement through strengthening and stabilising the core muscles. By emphasising controlled movements and the mind-body connection, it promotes overall physical and mental wellness.
The morning class runs from 9am - 10am and the evening class from 6.30pm - 7.30pm every Tuesday. The evening class is currently full but please contact Carol if you woud like to go on the waiting list.
Bring a mat and small pillow or cushion.
£22 for 4 weeks or £7 on the day.
