A wonderful extended 1.5 hour yoga class followed by some time to relax and chat over tea coffee and homemade cakes.
We will start the morning with a grounding breathing practice, followed by a physical practice working with building strength in different areas of the body and finally ending the yoga session with a guided relaxation.
We will then gather for some warming drinks and homemade cakes and nibbles.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props that you already have, although there are plenty of blocks bricks and straps available to borrow. You may choose to bring a blanket to enjoy relaxation fully.
