The Strength & Breath yoga classes on Friday mornings will set you up for the weekend. Focusing on the connection of breath to movement this class will include elements of vinyasa flow, strengthening holds and breathwork. These classes are designed to build physical strength, improve flexibility and quieten the mind.
9.10am – 10.10am every Friday.
Price - £7.00 per session / 5 class block £30
