Parking at the Community Hall

Parking at the Community Hall and considerate road use

We have received a few complaints from the local community regarding inconsiderate parking at the hall (parking on the grass verges and dangerously on corners etc)

Our current car park has spaces for 12 cars, we do have an overflow carpark (approx. 17 spaces) but unfortunately due to the unprecedented amount of rain this year, we are unable to use it. The plans to get this in place have been put on hold due to the weather, but as soon as it improves, this work will be completed and will alleviate many of the issues people have experienced with parking.

In the interim we ask that all hall users park considerately and ensure you are not obstructing drives, access to roads or on the grass verges around the village.

We really appreciate everyone’s patience and support while we iron out these few issues and we can all continue to enjoy our beautiful community hall.
