As well as being a place to gather, celebrate and unite, our hall is also about improving the lives of our community. An important aspect to a sense of well-being is our physical and mental health. We are delighted that the hall is offering 4 great classes for body and mind.
Gentle Pilates with Carol - Tuesdays 9-10am and 6.30-7.30pm
Gentle Pilates with Carol on Tuesdays is ideal for beginners, the mature exerciser or anyone living with chronic low back pain. This effective exercise system focuses on enhancing body alignment and improving general movement through strengthening and stabilising the core muscles, promoting overall physical and mental wellness. Bring a mat and cushion.
£22 for 4 weeks or £7 on the day.

The Easy Workout with Carol - Thursdays 9-10am
The Easy Workout with Carol on Thursday mornings is a 45 minute workout that incorporates a blend of Keep Fit and the Paracise™ method. This format is ideal for anyone who finds regular fitness classes too demanding or anyone who hasn’t exercised for a long time. It’s a great entry level exercise class that focuses on improving leg strength, balance and general fitness with great music and no floor work.
£22 for 4 weeks or £7 on the day.

Boxercise with Graham - Thursdays 7-8pm (starting 13th July)
For those looking for a more rigorous workout we have Boxercise with Graham starting on July 13th. This is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available, combining boxing and exercise in a fun, stress-busting activity without anyone actually getting hit.
£7 a session.

Yoga with Chris - Wednesdays 7-8pm (starting August 9th)
In August we have Yoga with Chris that is launching with two free taster sessions on the 9th and 16th August. Chris’ classes are suitable for most people - including beginners.
